4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from New York City using insured, trackable shipping services.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags intact.
Custom, resized, or altered pieces are final sale.
To initiate a return, contact info@nabatijewelry.com for authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

6. Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order pieces require a deposit (partial or full) before production begins.
Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
